Shipping Policy

Pre-Shipment & Product Availability

  • Many of our products are available as "pre-shipment" items. This means your order is accepted, but shipment will not occur until stock arrives at our warehouse.

  • Estimated shipping dates for pre-shipment items are indicated on each product page. These dates are subject to change based on supplier conditions.

  • You will be notified by email as soon as your order is ready to ship.

Shipping Process

  • Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details.

  • Standard shipping times begin after the product has shipped (not from the date of order, if in pre-shipment).

  • Orders cannot be modified after they are shipped.

  • We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier or unforeseen circumstances.

1. Order Processing & Pre-Shipment

  • When you place an order at Call911andCo, your items may be in a pre-shipment phase. This means your order is confirmed, but the product is not yet ready to ship.

  • If the product is in pre-shipment, estimated shipping dates will be shown on the product page. These are estimates and may change depending on supplier updates.

  • You will receive an email notification once your order moves from pre-shipment and is ready to ship.

2. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed and shipped only after the pre-shipment stage concludes and the inventory arrives at our warehouse.

  • After the order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email to follow your package.

  • Standard delivery times begin only after your order is shipped (not from the order date if in pre-shipment).

  • Most shipments take between 7–15  business days for delivery once shipped. Delivery timelines can vary based on your location and chosen shipping method.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs, or force majeure events.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on weight, destination, and shipping method chosen.

  • Occasionally, free shipping or discounted rates may be offered as part of special promotions.

  • International orders may be subject to additional customs duties, taxes, or VAT, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

4. Order Tracking

  • As soon as your order ships, a tracking link will be sent to your email.

  • Tracking information may display a "pre-shipment" status until the package is scanned by the shipping carrier. This is normal and updates should occur once the carrier processes the package.

5. Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders can only be modified or canceled during the pre-shipment phase, before shipment occurs.

  • Once an order is shipped, we cannot change shipping details, delivery address, or cancel the order. If you wish to request a cancellation, please contact customer support promptly during the pre-shipment stage.

6. Shipping Exceptions & Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes or certain international locations where shipping services are unavailable or restricted.

  • Any shipping restrictions will be displayed at checkout or communicated by support if they affect your order.

7. Lost or Delayed Packages

  • If your package does not arrive within the estimated delivery time after shipping, or if tracking shows no updates for an extended period, please contact our support team for assistance.

  • We work with our shipping partners to resolve lost or delayed package issues efficiently
