Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are allowed only for the same product in a different size—not for other products or different styles.

• If you purchase, for example, Product A in M size, you may only exchange it for Product A in a different available size.

• No exchanges will be made for different products.

• To be eligible for an exchange:

  • Request the exchange within 15 days from the date of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, in original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Contact our support team for instructions and authorization before sending your exchange.

• Shipping costs for exchanges may be your responsibility.
